shopping cart information

Browse through our Supplies or Gallery and add the items that you wish to purchase to the shopping cart by entering the quantity and then clicking on the "Buy" button as shown above.

Information regarding how many prints or items are included is shown above the buy button.

For example, if the information states '6 prints per pack - includes instructions' you would add '1' in the quantity field, unless you wanted 2 packs of 6 prints. 

Any minimum purchase requirement are also shown here - for example 'Qty 1 = 5 sheets [Minimum purchase]' you would add '1' in the quantity field, unless you wanted 2 lots of 5 sheets, minimum purchase price includes the cost of all items.

Each time you add an item to your shopping cart it will show you what you have added so far.  Click on "Click here to continue shopping" to add more items.

When you have finished shopping and wish to purchase these items, click on the 'View Cart' button located near the top of the screen on the right side in the header or "Send Secure Order' if you are in the shopping cart at the time, to complete the order. This will take you to the "Customer Information" page.

A successful order will now show a screen thanking you for your order and giving you an order number for reference.  Click on the "Click here to continue shopping or return to DCCrafts.com" button at the bottom of the screen. This takes you back to DCCrafts.com.

We will send you an email confirming your order.  Also, an email will be sent once the order is shipped. In the event of an item being out of stock, you will receive an email informing you of a back order.

REGISTRATION PAGE

The first item you add to your shopping cart will bring up the 'Please enter Country order will be sent to' and then you can continue to shop. When you decide to 'Check out' the 'User Registration' page will appear.

This enables you to sign in if you are a returning customer, in which case you will have mailing details on record. If you are a returning customer, enter your email address and password in the box on the right. This will fast track your order process as you will not have to re-enter your shipping information. If you have forgotten your password, click on 'I Forgot my Password' and we will email you your password.

If you are a new customer please click on the 'New User Sign In' link - if you don't wish the shopping cart to remember your details click on 'I don't want to register', this will mean you will need to submit your details each time. 

PLEASE NOTE: No credit card details are retained for either method.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Customer Information is your shipping information.

If you are a returning customer this will be filled in for you already - you can edit this information by clicking on 'Click Here To Edit User Information'.

New customers please ensure you fill in all boxes.  Any mandatory fields will request an entry. If a box does not apply to you (e.g. you have no postal code), simply enter at least 5 random characters to satisfy the program.

After filling in all boxes, including your credit card details, click on the 'Send Order Now' button at the bottom of the screen.  Or to cancel the order click on 'Empty Shopping Cart'.

gift vouchers

Gift Vouchers are purchased just like any other item in our store. You can pay for them using the stores standard payment method(s). Once purchased the value of the Gift Voucher will be added to our records. Please note that gift vouchers are like cash, anyone can spend them so keep them safe.  We verify the voucher number on processing but not the owner.
